The space
Your peaceful getaway awaits at The Farmhouse! This home features plenty of space and amenities for everyone to enjoy. Located right next to Holiday Valley Tubing Park, 3 miles from the village of Ellicottville and 5 miles from the ski slopes.
When you walk into the home, you are greeted by a large kitchen with plenty of dishware, utensils and amenities to make a hearty meal at home. We have a dual coffee maker that uses both pods and ground coffee along with plenty of mugs. The dining table in the kitchen seats 8 and the other dining table is located right through the hallway and seats an additional 6 guests.
We also have a grill and smoker outside available. There are grill utensils inside the kitchen and propane is provided for the grill. If you would like to use the smoker, please bring your own charcoal.
We also have a small firepit outside as well!
Through the sliding glass door off the kitchen is access to the BRAND NEW 7 person hot tub with amazing views, towels provided.
The living room features a large sectional, reclining loveseat, a 65in Smart TV with cable and streaming apps along with plenty of books, DVDs with a Blu Ray player and board games to get you through the snowy nights! There is an additional living room area on the upper level with a 65 in TV with a Wii Console/games and a reclining sofa.
On the lower level of the home, there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a closet and the second bedroom has a queen bed along with 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds and shelves built into the wall . On the upper level of the home there are 3 more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, sleeper sofa, reading nook and dresser. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed, twin bed and closet.
Each bedroom has a nightstand, lamp, charging port and alarm clock. Also on each bed is a set of towels- 2 bath and 2 washcloths. Hand towels and extra bath towels are located under the sinks in each bathroom. Each bathroom has travel sized shower amenities- soap, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. There are blankets located throughout the house.
Also on the lower level is arguably the best room in the house- the party room! This room features a custom built bar with plenty of bar glasses and accessories along with bar stools, a sofa and a loveseat to relax and hang out. In this room there is also a half bathroom, a poker table with poker set, a gas fireplace, a pool table with built-in ball return, a shuffleboard table, a dartboard and the best part.. a Buffalo Bills themed mini Jumbotron that hangs above the pool table to watch all your favorite teams play (or to watch The Bachelor on 4 TVs at once, we don't judge !)
Washer/dryer along with all laundry amenities are available for guest use.
