Guest access
Guests valid ID are required to be sent prior to check-in. Please ensure to bring the identification cards (IDs) of all the guests checking in, which are needed for sighting by Security Guard in the Main Entrance of the property. Required to log as well in the visitor's book for security purposes.
Self check-in via HomeSecure Smart Door Lock. Code will be provided on the day of check-in. Early check-in can be accommodated when possible. Please let the host be informed one day ahead.

Other things to note
AMENITIES / FACILITIES
Use of some common amenities is with basic charges. Guest shall arrange payments directly through the Property Management Office (PMO) if the guests intend to use during their stay. Please note prices below are subject to change. Below amenities facilities are conveniently located inside the Asteria Residences property.
• Swimming Pool - From 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday). Comes with a fee of PHP200 per person / day. This is not accessible on week-ends, public holidays and Thursday (Cleaning Schedule). Guest shall arrange the payments directly through Property Management Office (PMO).
• Parking - It is a pay parking area. Parking rate 1st 3 hours Php 60, extensions hours Php15, Overnight 10pm -6am Php 225. First Come First Serve. Please note illegal parking is not allowed, this will lead to tire clamping and applicable fine of 5000PHP.
• Basketball court – Free from 7 AM – 6PM. Comes with a pay of PHP 250 from 6PM – 10PM
• Billiards and Table Tennis – Fee of PHP100 per hour from 8AM – 9PM. Limited to 2 hours. First come first serve
• Cabana/Gazebo – PHP200 per hour
• Audio Visual Room (AVR/KTV) – First 3 hours PHP2500 then PHP 1000 succeeding hours (PHP 1500 bond deposit / refundable)
• Function/Event Hall – First 5 hours PHP11, 000 then PHP1800 per succeeding hour (with PHP 5000 bond deposit/refundable). 7AM to 10PM, 50 person capacity
• Gym access is only applicable for long term tenants staying on 12-month contract.
