The home is not child-proof (due to the steep lot), so please be aware that if you choose to bring young children, you do so at your own risk and must ensure they are closely supervised at all times.

Other things to note
The road to the house is mostly paved, with a small section of gravel leading directly to the home. The drive up is steep (great views come with a bit of a climb!), but it is manageable with most cars.
The road is also one lane, so drive slowly up and down the hill.
NO PETS or ANIMALS- We have severe family allergies. $500 fee will be charged if pets are brought. This includes any species outside of the human species.
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes may only be done at fire pits. No smoking in the home ($500 smoke remediation fee will be charged), or on the deck (fire hazard).
On rare occasions, the lower level may be occupied by the owners.
