This is our home, and you are our guest. Everything is curated for your privacy, comfort, and indulgence.

We don’t have standard bedrooms, we have three beautiful sanctuaries, each with its own private bathroom. We don’t have an ordinary kitchen, we have a chef’s space where culinary creativity flows naturally. We don’t have typical living areas, we have thoughtfully appointed gathering spaces finished with 1920’s crystal chandeliers, custom glass tile, and quality RH furnishings.

Seamlessly work from home or stream with friends and family thanks to intelligent 1GB WiFi that automatically directs bandwidth where you need it most—even to the outdoor spaces. Movie nights are something extra special thanks to Sony’s flagship A95L QD-OLED and music is brought to you by Sonos.

Spanish linens, Tempur-Pedic pillows, and hotel mattresses invite a deep, restorative sleep. Café Noir coffee from our own farm in Colombia is presented via Miele’s award-winning espresso machine.

A true rarity in San Francisco awaits outside—an expansive, sun-drenched private backyard that benefits from Eureka Valley’s coveted warmer microclimate. Here, you’ll find a jacuzzi hot tub for evening relaxation, a fire table for intimate conversations, a built-in barbecue for culinary adventures, and comfortable lounge seating for morning coffee or candlelit dinners.

For your convenience, we offer in-home garage parking for one vehicle, as well as the optional use of a Mercedes SUV, available at an enhanced rate. Laundry is in-unit brought to you by the latest LG.

This retreat is designed for sophisticated adults—maximum two guests per bedroom, no children, and only dogs over one year old (with prior approval) are welcome. We maintain a tranquil atmosphere without disruptive noise or commotion.
