Stay in this renovated and quiet studio on Av. 9 de Julho, 5 minutes walk from Paulista Avenue (MASP) and 160 meters from Hospital Sirio Libanés. A privileged and safe location in a residential building. 24 hour concierge!
Quiet studio, with kitchen, cable TV, double bed, excellent Wi-Fi, portable air conditioning, blackout curtain and washing machine and dryer.
We are 5 minutes from the MASP Metro station and 20 meters from FGV. Best cost- benefit!
The space
Our studio was recently renovated, is bright and has charming and functional furniture.
The window does not look directly onto the avenue, so the space is very quiet and peaceful.
It has a double bed with a trunk to store your suitcases, very comfortable, with a new mattress and pillows!
Portable air conditioning, excellent wifi and cable TV.
The kitchen is very practical and complete, with items necessary for cooking on site, washing machine and dryer.
The bathroom with hot water has a shower with excellent pressure.
Easy access to points of interest as it is close to Metro, buses and cycle paths. It is just a few meters from Sirio Libanes Hospital (160); 5 minutes walking from Av. Paulista and the MASP subway, and 20 meters from Fundação Getulio Vagas.
We offer sheets and towels change per week for long stays.

-The studio does not have parking spaces, there is only one entrance for boarding and disembarking. However, there is private parking from Estapar Parking, 500m from the building, 7 min. walking.
-The studio is 3 blocks away from Av Paulista, arriving on MASP. It is an uphill street.
-The portable air conditioning was recently implemented. The new device makes no noise and cools the studio very well.
-We ask you to report any inconvenience that may occur during your stay immediately so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.
