The space
Built by the late Sacha "Tebo" Thebaud, Estate LaCroix is a very unique property. Offering a full 4 bedrooms, this amazing home is perfect for large families, groups of friends, or a romantic get-a-way for just two. Come and enjoy all that St. Croix has to offer, enjoy the sunsets and fall in love all over again.

Private home - guests enjoy the entire home. The only areas not accessible to guests are two owner closets.

Other things to note
At Estate LaCroix, the safety of our guests is our top priority. Our home is open-air, and has several open balconies that could pose a fall risk. We do not recommend this property to anyone who has difficulty walking, or navigating stairs, falls often, is unable to swim, or is less than 16 years of age. The home sits on a hillside and our yard is rocky and steep. There are open balconies around each bedroom upstairs, and also above the pool in the outdoor living area. We LOVE children, but we know our home is not child friendly... So, in looking out for those little angels, we have to have this policy. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have a "daredevil" that is over the age of 16 - this is not the home for you. Serious injury could occur by jumping from balconies, running through the home, or trying to navigate the lower part of the yard. Safety First!!

Jeff is retired and I am a registered nurse. We love to spend our time with friends, and traveling. My passion is nursing. I have a full time administrative role, and work PRN on the weekends at a local emergency room. Jeff's background is in manufacturing. We have traveled the globe, our favorite spots are Tahiti, Switzerland, and St. Croix in the USVI, where we have an amazing vacation property. In addition to our St Croix dream home, we have two rentals here in West Tennessee. You can find all three of our amazing rentals here on Air BNB. We have a perfect little fully furnished guest home (“Chateau LaCroix”) perfect for traveling nurses or other corporate travelers. We also have a barn that has been turned into an adorable efficiency ( “The BOB”), perfect for one or two guests for a romantic getaway, or even a short term escape for the corporate traveler. We are very proud “Super Hosts” and it is always our mission for you to have a perfect stay! We sure hope we can host your next vacation.
