We have four buildings, three of which are beautiful wooden bungalows with all the comforts: fireplace, minibar, air conditioning, cable TV and balcony. And a central bungalow, where the living, lunch/dinner and full kitchen areas are located, including a stereo, air-conditioned wine cellar and a beautiful wood-burning stove. Excellent outdoor barbecue grills for those who enjoy a good gaucho barbecue!
We recommend the use of third-party partners for room cleaning during the stay and catering service (check availability and prices with our manager) with suggestions for highly appreciated local cuisine. The result is an exclusive and personalized service.
We love animals. We welcome your small and medium-sized pet, as long as it is docile, upon prior notice and payment of a fee.
Our Estância Lomba Grande is an exclusive location and Permanent Preservation Area, and therefore the last 8.5 km of access are via dirt road (quite accessible).

At Estância Lomba Grande, we rent the entire property (we do not rent rooms or bungalows) to a group of up to 10 people at a time, unlike an inn or hotel, so the price is the same for 10 people - our maximum accommodation capacity - or 2 people.
The rental fee DOES NOT INCLUDE food or room cleaning service during the stay*, but we have these and other THIRD-PARTY services (check availability and prices with our manager) such as driver, babysitter, masseuse, yoga class, etc. Please let us know your needs and we will do our best to meet them all.

"Seasonal property is not the same as a hotel. When we rent a property by the season, we cannot lose sight of the fact that it is a common house, just like ours. It has strengths and weaknesses and is also subject to problems such as a clogged toilet, a burned-out shower, or a power outage in the neighborhood. The host is responsible for providing support when the problem is internal, being ready to send someone for repair or be solicitous in trying to resolve the issue, but it is important to understand that they will not always be able to get a professional to attend to it immediately, in the same way that happens when we need a service in our house."
