The space
This modern upstairs apartment offers a relaxed beachside atmosphere all year round. Unwind on the private balcony with outdoor seating as you watch spectacular sunsets over the ocean. Thoughtfully furnished with quality finishes, including Sheridan bath towels and Canningvale beach towels, the apartment is designed for comfort. A breakfast bar with seating for three also provides a convenient workspace.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with dual shower rails, hairdryer and washing machine. Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs apartment. Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox containing two sets of keys. We recommend leaving one set in the lockbox during your stay in case you accidentally lock yourself out.

Please note the apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via two short flights of stairs—8 steps to a landing, followed by another 8 steps. This may not be suitable for guests requiring step-free access.

Other things to note
Please note this is a quiet residential neighbourhood, so we ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by two short flights of stairs (8 steps to a landing, then a further 8 steps), so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Free secure open air parking is available for one vehicle. Strictly no parties, events or smoking are permitted. This property is not pet friendly - due to strata rules and also owner allergies.

Perfect for families to enjoy a holiday together while still having their own space. Vitamin Sea is a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment on the Esplanade at Semaphore.
