Visitors or people entering the property other than those contracted on Airbnb must be reported to the host immediately so that they can be charged on the Airbnb platform. If the guest allows other people to enter the property without the host's consent, the amount per guest will be charged double plus a fine.
For last-minute bookings, cold or rainy weather, we do not guarantee a fully heated pool.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
For stays longer than 7 days, the tenant must pay water and energy expenses separately at the time of booking confirmation.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the patio lights on during the day, in case of non-compliance a daily fine will be charged.
ATTENTION FOR COLD MONTHS:
Reservations made less than 15 days before check-in do not guarantee full heating of the pool, as it is a pool with more than 70,000 liters of water and requires a space of 16 days or more to be partially heated.
For normal days and weekends, we accept reservations of 1 night for a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 16.
We do not accept reservations for only 1 guest, as it is a very large house with 4 bedrooms, except when the number of days exceeds 90 days, even so this possibility must be evaluated by the owner. The space is not considered a hotel.
For holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival and others, a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 16 guests per reservation will be allowed.
