This modern luxury villa features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a bright living area, full kitchen, and beautiful outdoor spaces designed for relaxing. Guests can enjoy a stunning infinity pool, sea and mountain views, outdoor dining area, balconies, and peaceful surroundings just a short walk from the beach and nearby supermarket. Perfect for couples, friends, or a relaxing Mediterranean escape.

Guests have full private access to the entire property during their stay, including:
• The entire villa (all rooms)
• Swimming pool (available 24/7)
• Outdoor garden and terrace area
• Private parking area
• Self-check-in via lockbox

We do not live on-site, so you’ll have full privacy — but we’re always one message away if you need anything.

• No shoes inside the villa
• Do not flush anything (including toilet paper) in the toilet — please use the bin provided
• Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
