The building is not newly built, but the apartment has been completely renovated as shown in the photos.
The condominium pool is simple, not premium.
From the private balcony, overlooking, you can hear the A/C units of the adjacent building, but don't worry: the apartment was completely isolated with quadruple glass that absorbs noise at 99%, ensuring a quiet and ideal indoor environment for rest.

🛁 Hot water in the summer months: from April to September, cold water can be hot due to outdoor temperatures. We recommend showering in the morning or late evening for extra comfort. *
🅿️ Parking included, accessible via dedicated card. In case of loss, a penalty of AED 500 will be applied.
🚭 Do not smoke inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, there is a penalty of AED 2,000 for sanitization.
🕐 Check-in available 24/7: You can check in even late in the evening or during the night. However, we remind you that, to ensure the correct cleaning and preparation of the apartment after the check-out of the previous guest (scheduled at 11:00 AM), check-in will be possible from 3:00 pm onwards.

At some times of the day, it is normal that cold water is also hot, due to the heating of the pipes and tanks exposed to the sun.
This is a common condition throughout the city, not related to the apartment.
We recommend showering in the early morning or late evening when the water is most enjoyable.
