For your stopover in Cancale, we offer you our little “cocoon,” as you guests like to call it. A few years back, Philippe was transferred to Saint-Malo, and he fell in love with the small port of La Houle. He needed a place to stay and fell in love with this little 55 m² house located in a small pedestrian alley in the heart of the port and its bustle, a haven of peace with its south-facing patio sheltered from the wind, where you can eat meals for most of the year.

The space
I'm Gwénaëlle, and I'm passionate about DIY. I had fun refurbishing and decorating the place as I went along to offer our guests a space where they feel comfortable and can fully enjoy their stay in Cancale.
It is arranged around the terrace, with the kitchen, a toilet, and a first staircase leading to a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) on one side, and on the other side, the living room and dining area with a smart TV and Netflix, as well as another staircase leading to the bathroom (1 shower and 1 toilet) and a second bedroom, also with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). So the two bedrooms are far away from each other.
Each part has a glass window that gives access to the gated terrace with a table for lunch. Sunbeds, stools and a small table to relax and have an aperitif with friends are available as well as a shade sail if needed.
On this terrace you can also store your bikes safely and away from the weather ( there is a small courtyard and 2 bike covers).
We also leave you our badge, which allows you to park for free in the port's paid parking lots.
