Kaptur60 is mid-century modern Palm Springs! This Hugh Kaptur designed and built 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been lovingly restored to it's original character while including all the modern amenities you'll need for the perfect vacation in the sun. The large back yard includes a beautiful pool, spa, covered patio with comfortable seating, outdoor dining for 6, green lawn and a gas fire pit.

This sunny and bright 3 bedroom home is perfect for families and small groups of friends. It has a large back yard with pool, spa, gas fire pit and beautiful covered patio with lounge seating. There is an outside dining space with table and chairs for 6. BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and nice mountain views from the back yard. This is not a party house but it is great for laid back entertaining and peaceful family getaways. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. There are some kids supplies in the house if needed. Plenty of seating in the great room which is perfect for families and groups to gather in. Modern TVs, Apple TV, streaming (with your own subscriptions, no cable TV provided) are provided for your entertainment while at the house.

Other things to note
**During summer months, thermostats cannot be turned below 72 degrees. 72 is a very comfortable indoor temperature when outdoor temps are over 105-120 degrees.

This is a pet friendly/no smoking rental.

The pool can be warmed for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool warming is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must provide copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract).
