Perched on the 17th floor, our place offers an unparalleled view of the Taal Volcano from the comfort of your own balcony. Not only that, but you can also bask in the serene sight of the pool below, all while nestled in the cozy embrace of a bay window seat.

This spacious 42 sqm, 1-bedroom corner unit is designed to accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. With a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a daybed in the living room, & a bay window seat, this space promises a relaxing stay for everyone.

The space
This spacious 42 sqm. corner unit is located on the 17th floor of Tower 3, Wind Residences. It has a balcony for you to enjoy the magnificent Taal view. Since it is a corner unit, there are windows on the side and the balcony part providing the unit with abundant natural light. The minimalist farmhouse-style interior creates a cozy and laid-back stay.

What to expect?

BEDROOM: Queen-sized bed, Uratex premium mattress, hotel quality bedding, lampshade, sleep machine, alarm clock, disposable slippers, wardrobe cabinet and good-quality hangers for kids and adults.

LIVING ROOM: Daybed which can be converted into a twin bed at night (with 2 4-inch thick mattresses), 42-inch Smart TV, wifi, cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, table lamp and floor lamp.

There is a wide bay window seat where 1 person can sleep on at night. An extra bedsheet is provided for the 5th guest.

DINING & KITCHEN: Dining set, mini ref, microwave, induction stove, basic cooking equipment, dining utensils for kids and adults, wine glasses, electric kettle, rice cooker, vacuum flask, kitchen towel, dish rack and dish detergent.

BATHROOM: Rain shower, hand-held shower, water heater, bath towels, hand towels, conditioner, shampoo, body wash, handwash, toothpaste, cotton, cotton buds, and tissue. To minimize plastic use, WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOOTHBRUSHES to guests so please BRING YOUR OWN.

Alcohol, fabric freshener and UV sterilizer are also available.

Wind Residences is centrally located and is within walking distance or just short minutes from restaurants, cafes, groceries & famous recreational places.

Guest access
When you arrive, our caretaker will meet you at the lobby of Tower 3 and assist you with the check-in. Guest may also choose to self-check-in.

Access to the unit is keyless. Only a passcode is provided, valid only for the duration of your stay.

Guests can access the indoor and outdoor pool for a minimal fee. We have our own on-site parking for guests' convenience. Parking is FREE.

Other things to note
We have our own parking slot in the basement of Tower 3 for your convenience. It is for FREE.

Pool use: 150/ head on weekdays; 300/day on weekends and holidays
