The Hideaway is a private entry DAYLIGHT BASEMENT approx. 1300 sq. feet of spectacular space with a fully loaded kitchen, spacious tile bathroom, separate bedroom, gorgeous lighted patio overlooking a 1 acre pond. Enjoy the gas BBQ, Firepit, and the surrounding wildlife.
Our Hidden Hideaway located in central Missouri is just five miles from Truman Lake & Lake of the Ozarks. Activities both on and off the water providing a unique getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The space
The Hideaway is a fully furnished basement that let's you and guest have complete privacy throughout the duration of your stay. The Hideaway has a total of 3-4 sleeping options. There is a King size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper located in the main living area. There is another King size bed in a private room with a view of the pond in the backyard. If needed a twin size floor mattress is available.
The Hideaway has two tv's; one in the kitchen and another in the living room, with a very comfortable couch, loveseat & recliner. There is even a slider chair to read the local visitor information. A rustic vibe that takes you back in time.

Guest access
Guest will enjoy the entire 1300 sq. ft daylight basement with their own private entrance.
A short walk on a lighted gravel path will take you from the free parking area to the back of the house and your private entrance to The Hideaway.

Other things to note
No smoking inside. No children under the age of twelve (12) years old. No pets.
While you may have guest, we require notice. No guest are allowed to stay the night or bring animals to visit.
For fishermen & women we do have a very nice fish cleaning station in the adjacent campground as well as an ice machine with 8lb. bags of ice for sale.

Neighborhood highlights

Secluded eight acres on private property. We live on a private gravel road with only one neighbor so it's generally very quiet and peaceful here.
We also own a small campground which is separate and away from the Hideaway. You would however be following signs into "Hidden Oaks Ranch- Cabin Getaways to reach your Airbnb Rental, "The Hideaway" destination.
