The space
A 567sqm modern home located in Silang, Cavite only a few minutes from Tagaytay.
Enissa Viento offers a perfect setting for a serene staycation or a memorable getaway for your family and friends. Step inside our home and be greeted by a warm living space that extends to the dining, kitchen, and a wide deck making it a great place to unwind and spend time with your loved ones.
Nestled in an 987sqm gated property, you will be greeted by a wide parking space that can accommodate up to eight (8) to ten (10) cars, and a garden leading to the house which has a porch and deck, both with outdoor seating. Our home has a 4ft deep pool with a non-heated jacuzzi, adjacent to a fire pit.

Ideal for both small and large groups, our six (6) bedroom vacation house can accommodate up to 32 overnight guests. With three (3) air conditioned bedrooms on the main floor;

For 29 - 32 guests, ALL bedrooms will be accessible
Guests can enjoy the Smart TV in the living area equipped with Netflix, Disney+ and Youtube. There are also board games that can be used with no additional cost. The basement offers a well-equipped entertainment room, including karaoke, billiards, and a mahjong table—perfect for gatherings and game nights.
They may also lounge at the porch or at our outdoor seating adjacent to the pool. The fire pit can be set up by our staff upon request.
Guests can also enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen, dirty kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, and charcoal grill.
The place is equipped with up to 400mbps of Converge Fiber internet and has strong signal with major network providers.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and the surrounding grounds. However, Basement Rooms will only be accessible if number of guests exceed 17 persons. If you wish to add more rooms, please message us directly. The staff quarters and utility area are off-limits to visitors.

Other things to note
1. Guests may check in any time between 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check out at 12:00 noon at the latest.
2. Early check-in is subject to availability and with an additional charge of 1,000 php per hour.
3. We do NOT allow late check out. We strictly enforce this as we need to properly clean and sanitize the home after each use for the cleanliness and safety of each guest.
4. We require a security deposit of 5,000 PHP for staycations and 10,000 PHP for team buildings and events, refundable upon check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items. For regular staycations with suppliers, an additional 5,000 PHP security deposit is also required.
5. Drivers, helpers, and other employees are included in the headcount.
6. Children ages 7 and below are not included in the headcount and are therefore exempt from charges, given that they share a bed with a parent/guardian.
7. Only checked-in guests are allowed in the premises. Day guests will be charged 600 PHP/head.
8. We provide 1 bath towel & 1 pool towel per guest. Should you wish to have your towels changed, we have a fee of Php 100 per towel.
9. No smoking INSIDE the house. The designated smoking area is by the dirty kitchen.
10. To maintain the pool’s pristine condition, smoking, drinking & eating are prohibited in the pool. Violation may incur fines.
11. Strictly no heavy cooking in the indoor kitchen. For deep-frying, barbecuing etc, please use the outdoor kitchen.
12. For guests who will utilize the grill, please ensure its fire is safely extinguished afterwards.
13. Our home is not a full-service hotel. Please clean up after yourselves when dining.
14. If you'd like to modify your booking, please submit an amendment request by updating the booking on your end. Please note that date changes must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the check-in date. Additionally, only one date amendment will be allowed.
