My brand new, spacious 1-bedroom apartment (840sqft/80m²) is entirely yours.

The sandy Private Beach is included, only shared with other residents of Port de La Mer and just a few steps away.

The terrace has private access to the garden with playgrounds, 5 pools, garden chess...

Please understand that this is a holiday home, your home away from home and not a hotel. We don’t have hotel services.

The space
This brand new luxury apartment is located in Port de La Mer, surrounded on 3 sides by the sea. It's the perfect place to enjoy a safe, quiet and relaxing time at the sea.

The modern, social kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and all the small stuff needed.

It has a solid dining table for 4 people which is open to the living room. There you have a sofa-bed and a massive TV ready for NETFLIX and PS5 (on request and subject to availability).

The bathroom is fully tiled, has one sink and a spacious walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. One normal one and a rain forest head.

Right next to it, is the laundry area with the washing machine. You can close the door so you will hardly hear a thing.

The bedroom is equipped with a massive king-sized bed and top notch mattresses.

Guest access
You have an entire 1 bedroom apartment to yourself. You don't share with anyone. Bedroom, living-room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room are all inside the apartment. A dedicated parking belongs to the apartment.

You can access the 5 pools with 2 infinity pools. They’re located in between the buildings on the first floor. The pools are open daily from 7AM-8PM.

The kid’s pool with playground is located in between La Cote Building 4 & 5.

The private beach is located in front of La Cote Building 1 across the street & open daily from 7AM-7PM (sunrise to sunset).

There are lifeguards on the beach, there’s no entertainment or any water sports activities yet.

You’ll have to bring your own beach umbrella, beach mat, beach chair, surfing board etc….

Other things to note
Smoking cigarettes including vaping & shisha is strictly not allowed even at the balcony.

There will be a penalty of 500 AED for smoking violation. Thanks for understanding.
