Welcome to Emma's Beach Hut! Beach is 3 min golf cart ride away! Golf carts can be rented through Ocean Lakes or BYO (See OL website for requirements if BYO.)
Water park (seasonal availability, no extra cost), indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, splash zone, putt putt, arcade, basketball/volleyball, playgrounds, convenience mart, Sandy Meet N Eat, nature center, lakes for fishing, & a mile of beach access!
Beach chairs, toys, & boogie boards available for guest use.
The space
3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. 2 NEW King beds (2/2023) and 2 Twins. Sleeps 6. Smart TVS in all bedrooms & Living room. Open layout. Washer/Dryer. WiFi & Cable. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker,friendly dishes, and knives/utensils. Grill and chill area downstairs with propane grill. Please message us if empty. Must clean after every use. Outdoor shower.
The cleaning fee includes linens (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths).
Two cars are allowed at the house max, any additional cars will have to park in overflow lot. No trailer parking at the house, please park in the overflow lot. Overflow lot is located 1 minute from the house.
Golf car not included.

Travel in ocean lakes is best by golf cart, which can be rented through Ocean Lakes upon your arrival. Access to the home via electronic lock.
Check in instructions & Door code will be emailed to you at or shortly before check in time.
The garage is reserved for owner.
Other things to note
Outdoor waterpark and outdoor pool are seasonal. Indoor pool open year-round.
You will be sent a guest agreement for signature. Door code will not be provided without signed agreement.
Ocean Lakes requires parking passes, which are purchased through them. Cost is $15 per day per car, or $12 per day per car if purchased at least 14 days in advance. No more than 2 vehicles parked at the house please. Additional vehicles/trailers need to be parked in overflow lot. We must collect your email address and mailing address to authorize parking.
Guest check-out responsibilities:
-Strip sheets from beds and place in laundry

-Start dishwasher
-Take trash to green bin under home and store at street wooden bin for pick up
-Remove all food items you brought from cabinets and fridge/freezer
