➤Pool & Spa: For your safety, food and glass are strictly prohibited in the water. We recommend guests refrain from hot tub use if pregnant or consuming alcohol. Use of all amenities is at your own risk.
➤ Pool Heating: Optional heating is available to enhance your stay. Because rates vary by season, please enquire for a current quote. Heating is required for the full duration of your stay and should be requested in advance to ensure the pool is ready for your arrival
➤Security: To ensure peace of mind, the exterior is monitored by a Ring doorbell (front door) and a Ring floodlight camera (above the garage).
➤Travel Protection: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen weather or changes in plans.
➤The Setting: As we are nestled in the beautiful Kentucky countryside, you may encounter local wildlife or insects. We provide regular professional pest control to maintain your comfort.

Experience pure comfort in our 16,100-gallon estate pool. Unlike standard rentals, we offer guaranteed temperatures across this large 16' x 38' footprint to ensure your swim is perfect, regardless of the Kentucky breeze.
Summer (June–August): Guaranteed 85°F for a tropical resort feel.
Spring/Fall (April, May, Sept, Oct): Heated to a cozy 82°F—ideal for morning laps or cool autumn evenings.
✨ The "Extended Swim" Discount
Because it takes more energy to reach these temperatures than it does to maintain them, we pass the savings on to you for longer stays! For any visit longer than 3 nights, your nightly heating fee drops by 50% starting on night four. Ask us for a custom quote to see how much you can save on your extended poolside retreat!
💡 Note for Guests: To maintain these resort-quality temperatures, we require the automatic safety cover to remain closed whenever the pool is not in use. This acts as a high-efficiency thermal blanket, locking in the heat so the water is perfectly warm and ready for your next dip!
