While we maintain a rigorous and monthly professional pest treatments, our expert team confirms that these harmless visitors are a natural part of the rural landscape and can never be 100% eliminated, especially during seasonal shifts. These insects are completely safe and a standard part of authentic Bluegrass living, and we appreciate your understanding of our beautiful rural setting.

• You must shower before entering hot tub
• No glass in or around hot tub
• Consult your physician before entering hot tub
• No lifeguard on duty. Enter at your own risk
• Turn lights off and cover hot tub when done. Clips must be attached or lid will blow off.
• No sunscreen, self tanner, sweat, or any creams can be on your body when entering hot tub
• if you don't follow these rules and hot tub must be drained you will be charged $250 for drain and clean.
