• Additional cleaning services are available upon request and subject to approval. These services include thorough cleaning and fresh linens, and will incur a fee of ₱550 per cleaning to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during your stay.
• Cooking Restrictions. Avoid cooking bulad (dried fish), durian, strong-smelling foods, or deep frying inside the unit.
Violations may incur a cleaning fee of ₱3500-₱5000.
Cooking outside the unit is against condo policy.
• In the event of a power outage, the generator may not be available, and if the Wi-Fi is down, we unfortunately don’t have backup prepaid or pocket Wi-Fi. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you plan accordingly.
