The space
Street parking is available out front, and a carport is at your disposal if you prefer covered parking. Enter through the side entrance, just around the corner from the driveway.
At 4,300 square feet, Ellum House is a bright, open home that comfortably sleeps up to 14. High ceilings give the space a sense of scale without sacrificing warmth.

FIRST FLOOR: YOGA STUDIO & BEDROOMS
Step inside to an indoor zen garden and yoga studio — a calm, grounding start to any morning. The adjacent kitchenette is stocked with complimentary beverages, coffee, and tea. A large sliding door opens to the pool area.
To the left, two bedrooms: a queen room accessible from the corridor, and a king junior master suite tucked behind a wood-paneled door — with a walk-in closet and a private patio overlooking the pool.

SECOND FLOOR: LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN & OFFICE
Living Room
The second floor opens into a light-filled living area with a sectional, accent chairs, a large smart TV (bring your own logins), and an inset fireplace. Step out onto the balcony for a city view. The rocking chair is a guest favorite; the balcony couch works well for a smaller group.

Kitchen
The kitchen flows directly from the living room. A large quartz island anchors the space, and everything you need — cookware, dinnerware, and culinary essentials — is fully stocked. The dining table seats 12 with a city view. A powder room is located just off the kitchen corridor.

The third floor is a proper game room — board games, chess, Taboo, playing cards, poker chips, a pool table, and a large smart TV. Far enough from the action downstairs to feel like its own space, but open enough to stay connected to the rest of the house.
FOURTH FLOOR: MASTER BEDROOM & BUNK BEDROOM
Master Bedroom
The master features a king bed, twin nightstands with reading lights, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the city and zen garden. Towels, washcloths, and toiletries are included.

Bunk Bedroom

The private fenced patio features a zen garden, outdoor couches for up to 10, an 8-seat dining table, and a pool at the back of the house. String lights set the mood after dark.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and property, except for two locked owners' closets. Entry to the premises is granted through a keypad on the front gate and front door. A unique code will be provided in your check-in email, ensuring a seamless and secure arrival process.

GOOD TO KNOW
Ellum House spans four floors with stairs throughout. If stairs are a concern, we recommend exploring other options in the area.
Deep Ellum is one of Dallas's most vibrant entertainment districts — live music, bars, and restaurants are steps from the front door. It's a big part of what makes the location special, and it means the neighborhood is lively, particularly on weekend nights. Light sleepers or guests traveling with young children should keep this in mind when booking.
