Nestled in a serene neighborhood with immaculate homes, manicured lawns, and breathtaking landscapes, it is the perfect setting for leisurely strolls while admiring architectural marvels, all while avoiding the windy north side of town.

Home Exterior

Enjoy the lovely, private backyard with its salt-water, lap pool perfect for serious swimmers (heating optional) and tanning shelf perfect for serious sun seekers. The shallow end of the pool features a 6-foot deep tanning shelf. The pool is 53 -feet long and 8 feet wide --3.5 feet depth growing to 5.5 feet deep in the center and gradually returning to 3.5' at the opposite end. Pool and spa have colorful lights that you can access via remote to make for a spectacular night setting!

This memorable house is featured in the historic door tour of Palm Springs (great for your I****gram photo opportunities of the blue door and “bubbles”).

There are many seating options in yard from sun loungers to cozy sofa and chairs for sunning or “shading” under oversized umbrellas and a full dining table for al fresco dining. High quality Weber gas grill for preparing delicious meals.

A bags/corn hole set for competitions on the grass, large beach towels and various floats available.

**Please note the pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Late night use is strongly discouraged/but can be used 24 hours per day quietly.

In addition, barware for creating delicious cocktails and ample glasses, mugs, bowls, silverware, storage, pots, pans, baking items, utensils.

Lightning fast Wifi speed for keeping up with work or just keeping up with fun or social media! All three bedrooms have smart TVs and a 65” smart TV in living room. Sonos speaker system thorough out the house to listen to your Spotify, Pandora and Apple Music selections and playlists via your phone apps to personalize your entertainment.

Two ensuite king bedrooms and one ensuite queen bedroom with high quality mattresses, linens, duvets and an assortment of bed pillow for all types of sleepers. Room-darkening shades in bedrooms for comfort of sleeping in and indulgent nap taking.

Senior Suite has roomy desk, chair and lamp for catching up with work, homework or video calls with the backdrop of the San Jacinto mountains.

3.5 total Bathrooms feature fine soaps, shampoos, moisturizer, makeup wipes, hair dryer, walk-in rain showers, double vanity in the senior suite and newly installed lighted vanity mirrors with dimmers for flawless grooming.

Various board games for all ages, playing cards, two yoga mats, blocks and straps, iron and ironing board all available.

Whole-house water filtration for clean water to drink, ice cubes and to bathe in.

Roomy, open-concept kitchen, living and dining room for spreading out with your guests includes upscale furniture both modern and retro pieces from the mid century. Fine white tiles floor throughout for modern aesthetic and continuity throughout the house.

Wall of glass sliding doors reveal unobstructed San Jacinto Mountain views and an interior fireplace in living area to take chill of cool desert evenings.

Home safety:
Unique code for electronic lock for each guest, hardwired smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors; fire extinguisher and first aid kit available.

**Please note that guests do not have access to the garage. There is driveway parking for two vehicles in front of the home, and free street parking.

Other things to note
**The thermostat for A/C at this home cannot be turned below 70 degrees at any time of year. 72 is a very comfortable indoor temperature when outdoor temps are over 105-120 degrees in summer months and cooler outdoor temperatures can be enjoyed with the A/C off in the winter months.

The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

This is a no pets/no smoking rental.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)
