Enjoy the latest movies at the Movie theaters including IMAX & Director's Club. Dine with your family either here at The Grass Residences SMDC Strip or walk over to the SM North Edsa mall.

Other things to note
🔥Please provide us with a copy of your valid ID and that of each guests at least 3 business days before check-in. These are needed to secure your Check-in Authorization passes to be presented to the Security guard upon check-in and when accessing the community's amenities and exclusive bridgeway to SM North Edsa Mall.

💥 For short-term lease at 28 nights up, bookings based on special or promo discounts, the rates do not include the utility bills & shall be for the account of the tenant.
💥Hanging of clothes in the Balcony is prohibited. To avoid the community penalty, please avail of the services of laundry Hubs here that pick-up and deliver laundry.
💥Cleaning essentials are provided in the Condo - mop, broom, trash bags (various sizes), rags. Condo and grease trap cleaning is available with a fee.
💥Free Use of a Baby bath tub, wash basin for baby clothes, nappy changing mat, infant mat with mosquito net. They're available upon request (advance notice)
💥A complimentary Container of Purified Drinking Water, Coffee & tea, and toiletries are available for each stay.
💥A set of beddings (add'l set is provided for month long stays), a set of bathroom towels, (add'l set is provided for month long stays), 2 pillows for each guest with pillow cases (add'l set of pillow cases is provided for month long stays) .
Kid's carriage/stroller, subject to availability (birth to 22 kgs) Php100/day rental fee. Advice us ahead if you need one.
💥Maintenance removes the garbage bags in the Garbage Room (located at the end of the other corridor) every night. Please remember to deposit your tied trash bags in the garbage room everyday.
