💥Elevesuites Homestay is a spacious, deluxe 2Br End-Unit Condo with Balcony at Grass Residences Tower 2 (with fast elevators) is located between Gate 3 & 4 where car traffic is less and ingress or egress is convenient. I love buying my hot pandesal for breakfast at Gate 4 every morning.

Grass Residences guests Amenities are available to staycationers for a minimal fee. However, short-term guests (28 nights minimum with Lease Contract) get to use them for free.

Walking distance to SM North Edsa mall accessible through a bridgeway exclusive to Grass Residences residents and guests (must present your valid ID & Guest Authorization form). You will find the Bowling Center at the SM North Edsa Annex LGF. Game Arcades and special theme playgrounds (Dinoland, Kidzoona, Time Zone etc) at the 3rd Flr SM North Edsa Mall Main Bldg. Enjoy the latest movies at the Movie theaters including IMAX & Director's Club. Dine with your family either here at The Grass Residences Strip or walk over to the SM North Edsa mall.

Other things to note
We need you to provide us with a copy of your valid ID and that of each guests at least 3 business days before check-in. These are needed to secure your Check-in Authorization passes to be presented to the Security guard upon check-in.
For short-term lease of 28 nights up, the rental is inclusive of utility bills as follows - HOA dues, water bill, and Postpaid PLDT Fiber Internet Service (fast WiFi)
Free Use of a Baby bath etc. It's available upon request (advance notice)
Kid's carriage/stroller (birth to 22 kgs) Php50/day rental fee. Advice us ahead if you need one.
