To comply with Indonesian government regulations, guests are required to complete and sign a short check-in form upon arrival and may be asked to present a valid ID. The form also includes house rules and the property's terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you agree to this process during your stay.
Kindly note there may be construction noise. To ease any inconvenience, we offer a discounted rate. No additional refunds during your stay, as the price is already reduced. If you choose to cancel before arrival, a full refund will be provided.
If these is construction noise, it should be between 8 AM and 5 PM, however, we can’t always predict the work of other contractors beyond our property schedules. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay. Please kindly ask our reservations team if you have any questions before your booking confirmation.

- The villa cannot accommodate more guests than originally booked.
- Host approval is required for any professional photography, with additional terms possibly applying.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
- Last minute bookings after 6PM should allow up to 120min to our host to arrive to the property.
