The space
This dream alpine chalet is built over two floors, and sleeps up to 8, with the main open-plan living area, full kitchen, dining room, pantry/laundry room and half bathroom on the ground floor.
The first of four double/twin bedrooms is also located on this floor, with its own en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and direct access to the outdoor terrace through sliding doors.
The lounge has comfortable seating for everyone in the party, a huge L-shaped sofa, and a deep armchair to sink into, with uninterrupted floor-to-ceiling views of the Ressachaux and Nyon mountains. Topped off with a log burning stove to keep you toasty during the winter evenings.
The heart of the home is the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, featuring a modern induction hob, fan oven, and microwave. For those who love to socialise while they cook, the raised breakfast bar offers a "chef’s table" experience.
The large dining area easily seats all guests around a huge wooden table with all place settings, wine glasses and cutlery in the sideboard next to the table, for long, candlelit dinners.
Access to the huge wrap-around terrace is also from the ground floor, featuring a large garden dining area and comfortable seating to catch the sunset with a Chocolat Chaud or an Aperol Spritz, depending on the season!
A BBQ is also available for use, on request, for the terrace area.
The first floor is home to three of the four large bedrooms, each serving as a private retreat. Every bed in the chalet is a "zip-and-link," meaning they can be configured as either a massive Super King or two Twin beds, offering total flexibility for families, couples, or groups of friends.
Each bedroom features its own en-suite, complete with luxurious, fluffy towels. The master suite offers a deep bathtub for soaking tired muscles, while the other en-suites feature large, modern shower cubicles.
There are private reserved parking spaces for two vehicles outside the property.
The property also features a ski/boot room where you can store all your winter sports equipment.
Guest access
Guest Access: During your stay, the entire chalet and its private grounds are yours to enjoy. This includes:
Full Interior Access: Both floors of the chalet, including all four en-suite bedrooms and the open-plan living and dining areas.
The Outdoors: The massive wrap-around terrace and its garden seating, offering front-row views of the peaks.
The Garage & Ski Room: You will have full access to the internal garage and the dedicated ski/boot room, essential for keeping your gear secure and dry after a day on the slopes or trails.
Private Parking: Two dedicated outdoor spaces are reserved exclusively for your party.
Arrival & Entry: You will be provided with the keybox code 24 hours before your stay starts.
Other things to note
Flexible Bedding Configuration: To ensure your stay is perfectly tailored to your group, please let us know your preferred bed configuration (Super King or Twin) at least 7 days prior to arrival. If no preference is provided, we will set the rooms up as standard Super Kings.
Ski & Boot Storage: To keep the chalet in pristine condition, we kindly ask that no ski boots or heavy outdoor footwear be worn inside the living areas. Please make full use of the dedicated ski/boot room for all your sports equipment.
Log-Burning Stove: We provide an initial supply of logs, kindling, and firelighters to get you started on your first night. Additional wood can be easily purchased at the local supermarket, or you can contact our concierge to arrange a larger delivery (additional cost applies).
BBQ Requests: The BBQ is available for use on the terrace throughout the summer season. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before arrival so we can ensure it is clean and ready for your use.
Concierge Services: Kerry and Stef (KS Concierge) are available to help elevate your stay. Please note that while the meet-and-greet is included, any additional services, such as restaurant bookings, lift pass delivery, or mid-stay cleans, will incur separate professional fees.
Parking & Access: The property includes two outdoor spaces (one car parked behind the other). Please ensure vehicles are parked within these designated areas to allow for snow clearing (in winter) and neighbour access.
Eco-Friendly Stay: We love our mountains! We kindly ask guests to turn off lights and lower the heating when leaving the property for the day to help us maintain a sustainable alpine environment.
