This brick house has lovely hardwood floors & original tilework. It sits at the edge of a growing permaculture food forest. Fruit trees, berry bushes, edible plants and pollinators fill the front yard.
It is non-smoking & pet friendly, with two car spots. The back contains a fenced area with some big shady trees. The street is a bit busy, but the house is quiet.
It is a 20-minute drive to almost any place in Cincinnati, close to two freeways. Standard shopping/dining choices are within a mile.

The space
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a queen, and one with a full bed; a kitchen, sunroom, living room, dining room, and bath. Second floor has a large bedroom with a queen bed, work area and an en suite bathroom. We have only two parking spaces, because there is no street parking. There is no smoking allowed.

Guest access
The entire upstairs house and back yard are for the sole use of guests. The basement laundry is open for guest use, but the rest of the basement and garage is reserved for owner use(storage). Children should not go unaccompanied into the basement.

There is parking for two cars in front.

Other things to note
The lodge is within about 20 minutes reach of any major Cincinnati locations, including the stadium, or the zoo, or the market at Over the Rhine. It is also 30 minutes away from a ski slope in Indiana for the winter, or kayaking/tubing for the summer.
