The space
Casa El Amanecer is located in "El Rincón de Juan Arias", in a place close to the village, very quiet and ideal for relaxing with the family.

The house is newly built with an area of 60 m + 12m porch, very cozy house with rustic style decoration, consists of two bedrooms with very large built-in closets, living room - kitchen - dining room, 1 bathroom, large porch with table and chairs, very large garden with natural grass with sun loungers and brick barbecue.

The living room has a very spacious and comfortable sofa bed with an Italian opening, so the total capacity of the house can reach 4, 5 or 6 people.

The kitchen is fully stocked, has a glass ceramic stovetop, microwave, oven and everything you need for cooking. It has a crib, high chair and bathtub for small children, (upon request).

The pool has a large capacity (6 x 3 m), with light inside, is fenced, has access stairs and a filter.

It has Wi-Fi (optical fiber) ideal for telecommuting and air conditioning/heating (with a system programmed every 3 hours by a button) in the living room.

It has smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

The plot is very large (800m) totally private, it is completely fenced with walls and has an entrance gate to the parking lot, which is very large. It has a slide, soccer goal and basketball hoops for children.

It is an ideal rural accommodation for families looking for a quiet place to rest near the beaches of the Cadiz coast
