House with 4000 m2 of plot and swimming pool, 4 bedrooms and very large covered and outdoor terraces.

- House 180 m2 (Dining room with fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, porch, terraces and storage room.
- Restaurant 200 m2 (Main dining room, reserved, kitchen, staff toilet and 2 public toilets, one of them adapted for the disabled) RENTED SEPARATELY.
- An 80 square meter swimming pool.
- 4000 m2 plot. Parking for more than 10 cars.

The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 extra single bed.
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 extra single bed.
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds.
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Sheets are included and towels are not. To use the restaurant to celebrate any event or to install a tent for the same purpose, it will be paid separately for an amount of €1,000/day. When the house is rented, the restaurant will be closed. JULY and AUGUST are only rented by the week from Monday to Sunday, sorry for the inconvenience.
