Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.
This place is all about the view! We loved renting this condo so much, we bought it so we could spend more time enjoying the lake. We have recently updated the decor inside.
The lake view is spectacular from this newly updated condo. Enjoy its beautiful panoramic view of the main channel on the large screened-in deck with patio seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of towels & bed linens, a cozy fireplace, three flat-screened TV’s, DVD & Free internet access!

The space
This condo is in a great location close to many well known restaurants. Only a few minutes away from the Bagnell Dam viewing and shopping area, with many new places to eat, drink and shop. There are also some fun outdoor activities near the Bagnell Dam.
We are located nearest the 14 mile marker and a mile from The Ridge, a local public golf course.
There is a marina very close if you want to access the water or rent a boat slip. There is no trailer parking available on site.
NOTE: We have two pools that can be accessed, however the upper pool will be under construction until further notice. The lower pool can be used.

Guest access
You will receive a door code the day prior to check in. Inside the condo, you will find a guidebook to use during your stay.
You will have minimal starters to use, such as toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and dish/laundry pods.

Other things to note
While we hope you have a wonderful, relaxing stay at our home, please note this is NOT a party condo. This is a strictly NO smoking condo, including the deck.

Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. We appreciate your cooperation and assistance in being considerate to our neighbors.

There is absolutely no glass allowed in the pool areas. The HOA charges a $2000 fine.

We are only allotted TWO assigned parking spaces, with tags. If you are bringing more than 2 vehicles, you will be responsible for finding additional parking. Cars without parking tags will be towed from the property. These tags MUST be returned upon departure. If accidently taken, they must be overnighted as we have no additional tags. A fee may be charged as well.

This is a condo, you will have neighbors above, below and on the sides. Please be mindful of them and remember that you may hear occasional noises from the neighbors as well.

We prefer the person booking to be 25 or older, but we will consider those with positive Airbnb reviews.

Neighborhood highlights

Two salt-water pools await your arrival, along with a tennis court and a basketball goal. Pools typically remain open through Labor Day and they may remain open later, if weather permits. Tennis and some pool equipment located in the condo for your use.

This condo is in a superior location on Horseshoe Bend, within minutes of shopping and popular restaurants. We are located very close to Bagnell Dam and all the activities it has to offer. Other close by activities include championship golf courses, miniature golf, go carts and lake area bars.
Boat rental is available at nearby Four Seasons Marina. Horny Toad and Shady Gators are close by.
