L'eGrange is located 15 minutes from Futuroscope, on the edge of the forest, on a hilly 5000 m² plot where many animals live together. L'eGrange is a place to rest, play, and share: a video game console, a private projection area, and hosts ready to share their passion for games are available for your use!
L'Arcane, a fun café, is 1 min away. Above-ground pool accessible in summer.

The space
The eGrange is an independent building located on our residential property, and offered in the "bed and breakfast" format with breakfast/cleaning/sheets/towels included. The 60 m² place is fully equipped, and is entirely for your use. You have a private entrance, and a bright living space including a mezzanine sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (a 2 x 80 double relaxation bed + a 140 double bed), a bathroom with toilet, a day area dedicated to games, relaxation and sharing, including a fully equipped kitchen & bar area (fridge, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster...), a retro-gaming area and a projection area (large motorized screen - 4k image - multi-channel sound). Everything is open to a private terrace and the forest.

Guest access
The eGrange is a detached building that is entirely for your use on our residential property. The adjoining terrace is also private, and you have a dedicated outdoor entrance. The rest of the land (more than 5000 m2) is accessible and shared with your hosts.

Other things to note
We have many animals: a small dog (very nice and affectionate), a cat, chickens, sheep. Chickens and sheep are in a large dedicated enclosure, to which you can have access if you wish. Dog and cat as they roam freely on the ground.
We also have children's games: swing, basketball basket...

And we are also managers of a fun café, L'ARCANE, located less than a kilometer from the eGrange, offering drinks, catering... and more than 200 board games! Enough to prolong the fun experience!
