L'EFFERVESCENT is an ideal rental for your tourist stays or if you need a "pied à terre" for work or for personal reasons. It is a quiet and relaxing place, cool in summer.

The accommodation is quietly located in a house, on a large green plot with a large and beautiful swimming pool, in the heights of Saint-Peray, with a magnificent view of the Vercors and the unmissable Château de Crussol.
You will be here close to the city, shops, markets, and also nature with the start of hiking trails, mountain biking and of course the wine route!

It is composed of:
- a main room with a double bed 160, a storage closet, a sofa bed, a flat screen TV,
- a bedroom equipped with a large storage closet and 2 single beds (possibility of 3)
- a very well-equipped separate kitchen (oven, large fridge and freezer, microwave, glass-ceramic stove, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.),
- a bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower, vanity and toilet,

The terrace is equipped with a table with chairs, barbecue, water point and a large shade sail very popular in summer!
You also have access to a private garden, other outdoor areas with children's games and pétanque court! Our rabbits and chickens will delight the little ones.
The pool has just been completely redone and is shared with us if we are present.

In summer the apartment is cool, the air conditioning is natural.
