The space
The home is very large and spacious. All of the common spaces are designed to fit a large group, with smaller conversation areas throughout. The 2 downstairs bedrooms have private bathrooms, and are designed for families small families (Queen bed + twin daybed & King bed + 2 twins). The outdoor space includes patio tables/chairs, a large fire pit, corn hole and a large hot tub.

Guest access
Almost the entire property is available to the guests, except the greenhouse and workshop at the front of the property.

Other things to note
If you would like to have guests other than those on your reservation, please contact us. If you are planning on hosting a larger gathering, depending on the size we might be able to accommodate with an additional fee. However, no additional guests are allowed on property without prior approval. We do not allow weddings - we are not permitted to do so.
