LOCATION:
- Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors and beautiful yards!
- One block from Yost Park (wooded trails, creek, seasonal swimming pool, tennis)
- 1.5 blocks to Frances Anderson Park where many community events are held including Edmonds Arts Festival, Taste of Edmonds, Summer Movie Nights, Concerts in the Park, etc.
- 3-ish blocks to downtown where you will find restaurants, wine bars, breweries, unique shops, art and book stores, yoga, gym, etc. [.6 mi /about 11 min walk to fountain at center of town]
- .6 mi to the Edmonds Summer Market (crafts, flowers, food, farmers) or the Holiday Market in the winter. Summer Market runs Saturdays 9am-2pm May 7 - Oct 8
- .9 mi to ferry terminal and the waterfront/beaches. You are welcome to enjoy the Adirondack chairs on the water view patio and the BBQ in our fenced yard . Just give us a heads up so we can make sure our overly-friendly Golden Retrievers are inside as they will tell you they are love-deprived.... ;-)

- Please note that as mentioned in our house rules, parties and events are strictly not allowed. Where parties/events are found, guests may be asked to leave and unexpected cleaning costs will be charged accordingly.
- Unfortunately, we cannot host pets at this time.
- Please, no shoes in the home
