A 3 minute walk to the beach! The Big Sandpile was designed and built by a local Charleston artist. His artwork, along with other local artwork, is displayed throughout the house. The house has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, and large windows with beautiful, natural light and views of the Palm and Live Oak trees. The house is close to walking and biking trails, and sits on the 2nd hole of Plantation Golf Course.

The space
The property is very well equipped for a pleasant and easy vacation. Enjoy your time on a secluded lot where deer roam throughout the day and the trees provide ample privacy. You'll be a short walk to the beach access, walking and biking trails and the local hangout (with excellent food!), Whaley's.

There is extra guest or boat parking on the right side of the house. The unpaved area will accommodate up to a 25' boat and trailer.

There is a luggage elevator for your convenience. *Not recommended for people or pets.

There are 3 large bedrooms with the primary room on the main level. New mattresses with feather beds upstairs for your comfort and relaxation. Blackout shades in all the bedrooms.

The deck gets plenty of sun for sunbathing!

We are pet friendly, up to 2 pets for an extra fee.

For rainy days and cool evenings, we have many board games, cards games and puzzles for your pleasure. You can also enjoy a fun, competitive game of corn hole under the house. The screened in porch is a favorite spot on rainy days.
