Ample Parking
We offer 2 garage spaces and plenty of on-site parking for confirmed guests. Parking on grass is not allowed. An EV charger is available for electric car charging.
You are welcome to enjoy all designated outdoor areas on the property, including open fields, walking paths, and outdoor seating spaces. However, please carefully observe the following guidelines:
- The pond is open for catch-and-release fishing only. Bass and bluegill are available for quiet, recreational enjoyment.
- Swimming in the pond is not permitted for safety reasons.
- Bees are active on the property during warmer months. Please observe them only from a safe distance.
- Please remain strictly within the property boundaries. Entering neighboring land, driveways, or fields is not allowed under any circumstances and may result in complaints or early termination of the stay.
We ask that all guests use good judgment and stay aware of their surroundings while on the property. Your cooperation helps us maintain a peaceful, respectful environment for everyone.
Other things to note
If guests decide to venture beyond, there are several attractions nearby that are worth exploring. Just a short drive away, guests can catch a performance at the Woodstock Opera House, which is located 9 miles away and takes approximately 15 minutes to reach.
Alternatively, they can take a stroll on the charming town square in the city where Groundhog Day was filmed.
For those interested in outdoor activities, there are several options available within a short drive. Guests can visit the beaches, golf courses, or shops in Fontana. Lake Geneva, WI, is also nearby and offers plenty of attractions, such as beaches, golf courses, shops, and restaurants. It is located 25 miles away and takes approximately 35 minutes to reach.
For winter sports enthusiasts, Mountain Top Ski & Adventure Center is a great option located 28 miles away, and it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach. Another option is Alpine Valley, which is located 35 miles away and takes approximately 47 minutes to reach.
Golfers can enjoy a round at Oak Grove Golf Course, rated one of the top-25 most challenging public courses, which is located just 16 minutes away. Alternatively, there are several other golf courses in the vicinity of Harvard, IL, that guests can explore.
Guest access
As our guest, you will have full access to the entire house and main attached garage, with the exception of one locked room in the basement and one garage bay.

Events & Gatherings Policy
To preserve the comfort of our home and respect for our neighbors, we do not allow events, parties, or gatherings that exceed the number of registered guests on the reservation (max capacity of 20 people).
All visitors must be included in your booking, and the total number of people on the property at any time may not exceed our maximum guest count. Unauthorized events or additional guests are not permitted.
We also do not allow structures such as temporary outdoor dining tents to be installed on the property.
