The space
Welcome to Edenhill Tiveden — we're so glad you're interested in this organic, regenerative retreat, a place that invites you to feel aliveness, to discover, and grow.
The farm operates regeneratively, with circular and eco-conscious practices throughout. Nature-based experiences are at the heart of what we do — with popular outdoor activities in and around Tiveden National Park just 3 miles away — alongside creative workshops, transformative retreats, and sustainable conferences.
At Edenhill, there's plenty of room to feel connected — nestled among a forest garden, cultivated beds, birdsong, and the hum of bees, with woods and open pastures right outside your door. Ancient old-growth forest is just a short walk away, and the crystal-clear waters of Lake Unden invite a refreshing swim. Gather in the central barn, find stillness in the meditation and yoga room, curl up with a book in the library, or work up a sweat in the small gym. Wind down your days with a wood-fired sauna, a cold plunge, or a crackling fire in the garden. Lean back against a tree or stretch out in the hammock. Grill, play, unwind.
When you book the entire place, you'll have access to all the main spaces — the barn, the guest house and all the bedrooms, the sauna, the bathrooms, and most of the outdoor areas.
Our property, this 14-acre farmstead, includes several different buildings. You can also rent the guesthouse separately (for 8–10 people), or individual B&B rooms (in upcoming listings) — in which case you may share the farmstead with other guests. We, as hosts, live in a cottage on the property.

Sleeping arrangements:
We have 18 beds across six bedrooms.
Guesthouse:
Two rooms with four beds, with built-in bunk beds, each with space for 2 extra beds.
Barn:
One room with four beds (convertible to a double bed), two rooms with built-in bunk beds for two (pets welcome here), and one room with a full-size and a twin bed.
The rooms for two are 75–85 sq ft. The other rooms are approximately 160 sq ft.
All beds except those in one room are 35 inches wide with spring bases and are very comfortable. The bunk beds have curtains for privacy.
Kitchens:
Guesthouse:
A large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area seating up to 20. Features double stoves and ovens, plus a wood-burning fireplace.
Barn:
A simple kitchenette with cold running water.
Sauna, showers & bathrooms:
Three showers, two of which are paired with a wood-fired sauna. We have three EcoDry composting toilets in a single building — the compost and liquid are returned to the land as nutrients. A fourth composting toilet is planned for installation near the property entrance during the summer of 2026.
Barn: A flexible room, 750 sq ft — uninsulated and perfect from May through September.
Shared spaces:
Meditation Room:
A yoga and meditation space that can also be set up as a conference room.
Library:
Curated around poetry, nature, and sustainability. Features a small stage for performances and a wood-burning fireplace.
Gym, bikes & bike storage:
A gym in the barn is available to all guests, along with a lockable bike storage room. Two e-bikes are available to rent for overnight guests.
What's included:
WiFi. Paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, sponges, a dish brush, and kitchen towels. Wipe-clean table covers for the kitchen tables. Lanterns and small flower vases. Toilet paper and soap in all bathrooms. Locally sourced, eco-friendly shower products and a hair dryer are free to use. An iron is available on request.
On-site services:
EV charging, firewood, and locally sourced charcoal are available for purchase. A part-time waffle café with garden seating and a small kiosk offering coffee, ice cream, and other essentials is planned for the summer. We're also bike-friendly — passing cyclists are welcome to stop at the barn-side station by the road to pump tires and refill water bottles. Please note this area is separate from the guest accommodations.
Outdoors & the nearest lake:
Lawns with plenty of seating areas and four hammocks. A stone-ringed fire pit with a small grill grate, two large charcoal grills, and several smaller ones. A forest campsite is also available. The nearest beach is a lovely little sandy stretch at Lake Unden in Sannerud. A marked trail also leads from the farm down through the forest to a stone beach. You have 3 miles by car to one of the National Park's entrances, and 3 miles through the woods on a bike to another one.
Activities & extras:
We're happy to share more about local services, activities, the national park, swimming spots, and more — and can put together custom packages and arrange catering. Several nature guides are available in the area. Your host Jessica offers guided shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), yin yoga, meditation, and more.
The regenerative approach:
We have our own well, gray water is managed through a natural filtration pond, and we use composting toilets. We have food waste composting and sorting. Our energy comes from solar panels that heat the radiators, supplemented by wood-burning stoves. We have a soft spot for reuse and repurposing — and all interior walls are painted with egg oil tempera, a traditional natural paint.

More details regarding bed linen and pricing:
Bed linen and towels (one large and one small per guest) are carefully selected for comfort and quality.
– Many guests specifically highlight the textiles – and how well they sleep in our beds – as a much-appreciated part of their stay. Towels are changed as needed during longer stays.
– During spring, autumn, and winter, and for smaller groups, we sometimes use linen sheets for an extra comfortable feel.
– A fee of SEK 200 per person applies for bed linen and towels (required, not optional).
– Beds made upon arrival: For an extra comfortable start to your stay, you can book beds made in advance for SEK 1,800 per stay.
Larger groups:
– For groups larger than 16, an additional fee of SEK 400 per person per night applies. This should be included in the Airbnb fee.
– We have some extra sleeping spots beyond the fixed 20 beds. For parties of 22 or more, we can offer tent pitches and space for two camper vans.
– Pets: We allow pets in two rooms with two beds each. An additional fee of SEK 400 SEK is charged, included in the Airbnb fee.
– End cleaning: SEK 2,700–3,500 for the full property (depending on length of stay), covering all rooms. This is included in the Airbnb fee.
– Payment before arrival: Bed linen and towels are paid separately before arrival, and the optional bedmaking, as well as a security deposit of SEK 3,500. It is possible to purchase some goods here at Edenhill, and we can arrange this with the deposit refund upon departure (if everything is in good order).
