Stay in our beautiful 85 acres of unspoiled Texas Hill Country just 18 miles from 6th street. Enjoy a unique modern private space (350sqft) with a Queen size bed and FULL kitchen. Full bathroom and a comfy space to relax. A beautiful shared pool to enjoy in hot Texas summers. You will immediately relax on this amazing property. Wander the trails, visit the goats, chickens, Emus, play disc golf or follow the many deer that are always wandering. Beautiful orchard producing fresh fruit.

The space
This is a private cabin, but there are several other units and a family home. Cameras on property (gates) and pool has no fence, so be careful. We allow pets but do charge $50 additional cleaning fee to make sure we can clean and sterilize. There is a Washer and Dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen with gas range. We provide iron, pool towels, dishes, some cooking spices and definitely coffee.

If the dates you want are booked, ask us about our other units on the same property. These are completely private and on separate buildings:

Unit B “ The Loft” - Unit for 2-4 guests
Unit D "Tiny Nook"- A smaller tiny home. For up to two guests.
Unit A " Mi Casa"- A larger family-sized home. For up to four guests.

Other things to note
Please do not flush anything in toilet as we are on a septic system. Even toilet paper can go in the bin. Our septic system thanks you.

ᶘ ͡°ᴥ͡°ᶅ We are a pet friendly property, but please note, we do require a $50 additional pet cleaning fee if you bring any pets with you. We also have a 1 pet limit. Please make sure to keep you pet on a leash at all times and no pets inside the pool at any time. Thank you so much!

We do have goats that free range, so if you are uncomfortable with them wandering around close to you or have small animals, let us know and we will keep in the pen. They are super friendly and make friends with dogs and cats, but we understand not everyone is used to goats wandering. Our ranch dog Frida follows our ranch hand to care for the animals at the property.

We also have Emu in the poultry pen and they are friendly, but very large! Go say hello.
