🌿 Eco House Atelier: Where Art Meets Nature
Welcome to our Sustainable Design and Arts space, a true haven for those seeking inspiration, tranquility and a deep connection with nature, without giving up comfort and aesthetics. Eco Casa Atelier was carefully planned and built with ecological techniques (rammed earth, ecological bricks and wood reuse), reflecting our purpose of life in art and sustainability.
Located on high ground, with a privileged view of the forest and mountains, the 200m² house is an invitation to wellness:
Unique Design: Ample lighting and ventilation, with a central skylight that floods the space with natural light, ideal for reading, writing or artistic creation.
Private Hot Tub SPA: Relax in our inflatable hot tub, available 24/7. (Note: Water heating takes AT LEAST 3 hours to reach the ideal temperature of 33°C. Plan your relaxation time! If it's winter, it may take longer. If you wish, request that we leave it heating before your arrival, if possible).
Comfort and Connection: 200mb fiber internet and HDTV with Netflix for your leisure or for an inspiring home office.
🏡 The Space and Amenities
The house comfortably accommodates 4 guests and up to 2 extras (for a fee), distributed in 2 bedrooms (1 suite) and 2 bathrooms. Sofa bed and inflatable mattresses in the living room.
Highlights:
Full kitchen, for those who wish to cook. But we are right next to great restaurants on the Wine Route, starting at 300m (for those who like to walk along bucolic roads, a beautiful walk). And you can also order delivery, including breakfast. It is necessary to bring all food and consumables, as well as dish towels and tablecloths.
Cozy Rooms: King Size Bed in the suite and Double Bed in the second bedroom, which also has a crib.
Ecological Structure: Learn about the techniques of Taipa de Pilão and the use of the Biodigester.

⚠️ Important Access Information
Our retreat is in a small rural village, ensuring total tranquility of the countryside. To reach this paradise, there is a stretch of about 900 meters on a dirt road.
Attention: On days of heavy rain, the stretch may form mud. Ordinary cars can access it, but require attention and skill in driving. We believe that the tranquility and the view are worth the small effort of the arrival!

The construction woods are all from demolition or reused. The entire floor is burnt cement. Construction techniques used: rammed earth, ecological bricks and exposed blocks. Biodigester and semi-artesian well.
200mb fiber internet.
We offer a loan of sheets, pillows, bedspreads and simple towels, depending on the number of guests. If you want extras or more exquisite pieces, you need to bring them.
Guest access
Access to the entire house (200 sq. meters), deck with outdoor garden and a small private woodland area with hammocks. The space is NOT entirely fenced, but we are in a small, very quiet rural village. Total private land of the house: about 700 sq. meters.
We have a grassy plot below with about 400 sq. meters, a vegetable garden, trees, where you can leave the car if you want (the plot is not private to the house).
Other things to note
Parts of the yard and access ramp are dirt and obviously when it rains, mud forms. Dirt road of about 900m for arrival and access by steep stretch that requires attention if it rains (ordinary cars can go up, only needing a minimum of attention and ability to drive in the mud, as with any dirt road)
The hot tub takes AT LEAST 3 HOURS TO HEAT UP (depending on the local temperature) and reaches about 33 degrees.
WiFi and electricity may fluctuate, according to the services of the supplier companies, and especially in case of heavy rains (they are not our responsibility).
We do not allow parties. In the case of visits, these must be previously notified and limited to a maximum of 8 people in the house, including guests, and within the period from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with payment of an extra fee of R$100.00 per day of visit.
The house is for 4 people. We allow a maximum of 2 extra guests, provided that the reservation is previously notified, paying the fee per extra guest. Extra guests are required to bring mattresses, bath linens, and bed linens.
