In the heart of Iguerande, a village in Brionnais, a small wooded region dotted with Romanesque churches, our stone barn, renovated in 2020, occupies a quiet location. The bakery is 20 m away, the greenway is 50 m away and the Loire is 200 m away. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

The space
The 2 bedrooms are independent, ideal for hosting 2 families. Please note that access to the mezzanines is not suitable for young children. In winter, underfloor heating and the stove provide comfortable heat. Linens and towels are provided.

On the ground floor, there is the kitchen with all the necessary amenities and some basic groceries... and enough to prepare a breakfast.  In the living room, something to read, board games, brochures and hiking guides.

The terrace allows you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings

For travelers roaming on the greenway, you can park or repair your bikes in the adjoining garage, we can also lend you 3 including 1 for children. (possibility to rent others in the village)

The entire building is non-smoking and parties are not allowed.
No pets allowed.
We have restored this building with care and passion to make it a comfortable and newly equipped place, so we expect our guests to be particularly respectful of the premises.

On the heritage side, the Saint Marcel d'Iguerande church is a beautiful stop on the circuit of the Romanesque churches of Brionnais. The medieval castle of Semur en Brionnais and the city of Charlieu are nearby. 
The Loire, the last wild river in Europe, is very close; it can also be explored by canoe, an opportunity to see many birds in a preserved natural area.

We live in Iguerande , a village of 1000 inhabitants on the banks of the Loire in southern Burgundy. Since August 2020, we have been offering to host you in our region for a long time.
