This house is located on the famous “Road to Happiness” in Rincon, just 2-3 minutes from both the Rincon plaza and all of the best surf spots on the west coast. The living area has AC (note: currently there is no AC in the bedroom areas, there are standing and ceiling fans), Smart TV, WiFi and space for working remotely. Your backyard is fully outfitted of fruit trees, tropical plants and flowers and a shaded gazebo and picnic area.
The guest bedrooms have both ceiling fans and standing fans to keep them cool but AC is not available at this moment.
There is laundry access as well as safe off-street parking for two cars.
