It is comfortable, completely private and highly accessible with a Queen sized Plush top Mattress that will help to make your nights melt away peacefully. *The living room zone has 2 comfy overstuffed Power lift/ recliner chairs and other loose seating, a 55" High Def TV connected to 250+ Spectrum TV channels and Netflix as well as having a charming mission writing desk, ceiling fan and lots of interesting curios and collectibles to gaze at.
* We have fully stocked the Kitchenette with eating utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses, hot pot, Keurig K-cup beverage maker, microwave oven, toaster, small refrigerator and other basics must haves and seeded it with a variety of coffees, teas, condiments, bottled spring water.

Just for a bit of added precaution, we ensure our water is bacteria and virus free via a single stage sediment filter and professional grade 100% Ultraviolet exposure purification system. Every guest is also assured clean linens, towels and washcloths for their stay.

We have purposely considered many areas of access in form and function as possible when we designed and built this space. From the ample parking just a few feet from the step free low pitch ramp, wide doorways and pathways, large overstuffed comfy Electric Lift Chairs, bathroom equipped with grab bars and the large low threshold walk-in sit-down shower- this place won't overly strain the stay of guests with or without mobility issues.
Guests are reserved on premises parking near the suite entrance and Studio apartment style bedroom/ kitchenette/ living room combo (private attached full bathroom). 200+ channels of Spectrum HD television programming on a 55" flat screen Television, Fiber Optic screaming fast High-speed Wireless Internet & reliable Cellular Phone coverage. We also provide bottled spring water in the mini refrigerator for the K-cup coffee maker and drinking.

April showers refresh the landscapes in preparation for May Flowers. Awesome shades of green sprinkled with a pallet of color sprout everywhere emerging from their winters nap. Vacationing Geese, Robins and our favorite Hummingbirds return with our other seasonal guests & flit to and fro.
-Summer is arguably one of the best times to relax and enjoy the 100+ square miles of views from the deck. Route 46 is a vital connective corridor today just like when it was named "The Bearpath", it is kept clear and well maintained by our fantastic road crews for easy access and egress all year round.
We intentionally restored our home to accommodate 21st century travelers in a private, spacious, comfortable spaces surrounded by orchards, gardens, lawns & beautiful views of hills and valleys in every direction. Much of the homes original old-world charm has been preserved while updating access, utilities & communications infrastructure to current standards of safety, efficiency & comfort. We hope you will enjoy the mix of new and old & find our home as calming and peaceful as we do.
Lastly but not least, we are committed to being effective stewards of the abundant gifts Mother Nature blessed and surrounded us with at Bearpath Lodging, Guests, Children, Grandchildren, neighbors, friends, can breathe the air, drink the water and eat the fruit from the acres we call home daily, we protect and preserve it daily for all of us.

Neighborhood highlights
When we say we're in the middle of everywhere, it's because our little piece of heaven is less than a mile from the geographic center of New York State (Pratt's Hollow). Bearpath Lodging is centrally located on a small well maintained 2 lane highway, (State Rural Route 46/ Bearpath Road). We overlook the village of Munnsville (zip 13409) in the Stockbridge Valley and are residents of the greater Township of Eaton in Madison County. Our friends, family, neighbors, services providers and volunteer local emergency response folks are awesome, caring, friendly and ready to help.
We are blessed to have spectacular lakes, ponds, streams, fields, forests, valleys, hills and windmills as a picture postcard backdrop for our historic Inn. Our neighborhood has far more animal and bird residents than humans, its not uncommon to see deer, woodchucks, turkeys, geese, ducks, squirrels, chipmunks, racoons and an occasional Coyote, please do not feed the wildlife and they will leave you alone. All that said, we are actually only a few minutes drive in every direction from tremendous varieties of academic, historical, cultural, shopping, awesome eateries & entertainment attractions, here's a few favorite stops, for a better list, check out our guidebook.
