• We supply a starter supply of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels.

• Furry friends are welcome! We love dogs and are happily DOG FRIENDLY. We just ask no more than 2 dogs without approval. Please no cats due to allergies.

• The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the mountains, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.

• Location is important in the mountains! The major cell phone carriers have no issue with phone signal.
