The space
The property includes four large bedrooms, comfortably accommodating groups and families, with three king beds and three king single beds, all styled with quality linen for a restful stay.
Outside, the covered alfresco area is set up for relaxed entertaining, featuring a BBQ and outdoor fridge, perfect for long lunches and easy evenings by the pool. As the sun goes down, gather around the outdoor fire pit with firewood supplied and enjoy peaceful nights under the stars beside the dam.
Located just 10 minutes from stunning Sunshine Coast beaches, you’ll have easy access to the coast while returning each afternoon to quiet, private surrounds. After salty beach days, settle in for the evening, watch the sky change over the water and enjoy the slower pace of acreage living.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy full private access to the main residence, including the heated pool, alfresco entertaining areas, and surrounding yard throughout their stay.
Please note there is a separate, fully self-contained guest house located near the entrance to the property which is occupied by long-term tenants. The guest house is completely independent and does not share any indoor living spaces with the main residence. Your stay remains private, however you may occasionally notice normal vehicle movements via the shared driveway.
To ensure safe access for all residents, no parking is permitted on the driveway at any time.
The only areas not accessible to guests are two locked storage cupboards located in the garage and office nook, which are reserved for owner supplies.
Parking is available in the secure double lock-up garage. We kindly ask guests to keep the driveway to the guest house clear at all times.

DUSK is a private acreage retreat designed for relaxation and connection with nature. As part of this experience, the property includes natural landscape features such as a large, deep, unfenced dam located at the lower section of the property and a retaining wall near the fire pit area. These features form part of the property's charm but do require sensible supervision.
The home also includes garden stairs, a steep descending driveway, and six internal stairs leading to the main living areas. Due to these design features, the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair access.
For safety reasons, children must be closely supervised at all times, particularly in outdoor areas. This property may not be suitable for unsupervised young children.
We are happy to welcome up to two pets. Please note the fenced area varies between approximately 900mm and 1200mm in height. Pets must be kept in the rear section of the property behind the 900mm white fence and remain under guest supervision at all times.
By confirming your booking and staying at DUSK, guests acknowledge these property features and accept responsibility for their own safety and for the supervision of children, guests, and pets during their stay.

Neighborhood highlights
A short drive through the residential area to the outskirts of Bli Bli where DUSK is centrally located. Our residence and manicured yard, overlooks a beautiful spring fed dam to meandering paddocks often populated with friendly cattle and horses. Sit on the deck, or choose a quiet wine around the fire pit taking in the best of the sunset views. All immediate neighbours have acreage so there will never be that closed in feel.
