This charming 1950s two-bedroom 800-square-foot cottage is located just north of Duke’s East Campus in Durham’s Walltown neighborhood. The home sleeps up to four adults with two queen beds, offers keyless entry, and includes high-speed internet.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, renovated space with a modern kitchen, colorful artwork, and a bathroom with a small soaking tub. Outside, a short set of steps leads to a large, fenced backyard shaded by mature oak trees.

Walltown is a quiet, established neighborhood known for its leafy streets and historic homes, yet close to the action. You’re within walking distance of some of Durham’s best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and just north of Duke’s East Campus.
