**EXCLUSIVE APARTMENT FOR NON-SMOKERS**
This apartment is exclusively for NON-SMOKERS in case of detection of odor, traces or complaint.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in an immediate fine of R$500.00 to cover disinfection costs.
Preserving the quality of the environment is a commitment to all guests.
Please be advised that our unit is not a hotel. Therefore, we do not provide personal hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush or toothpaste.
Breakfast service is available at the property every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at a cost of R$30.00 per person, not included in the accommodation fee. The hiring must be done exclusively on site.
Food, beverages, or cooking supplies (such as salt, oil, sugar, coffee, etc.) are also not included. All bed and bath linens are included in the reservation for the number of guests informed in the reservation, with no replacement.
We recommend that guests bring the personal items and groceries they wish to use during their stay. The apartment has all the items necessary for a quiet and comfortable stay.
- For security reasons, only guests can access the condominium. No guests will be allowed in;
- It is necessary to send the host a photo of the documents and present the official identification document (RG or CNH) with a photo of all guests before entering the condominium. Without this, there will be no release at the reception of the condominium.
