The space
Our Duplex has a beautiful, spacious living room with a balcony, an eco-friendly fireplace, a Smart TV, an integrated kitchen with a minibar, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a sandwich maker, a stove, a water purifier, a cutting board for cold cuts, everyday dishes, and a dining table.
On the first floor, we have the living room, kitchen, 1 full bathroom with hairdryer, 1 double bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV, closets, blackout curtain and a large balcony connecting the bedroom with the living room, with a beautiful view. On the second floor, we have 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom with a Smart TV, closets, and a blackout curtain, and another bedroom with two single beds, a Smart TV, and a blackout curtain. Both have large, interconnected balconies.
There is also a second living room for relaxing, with a trundle bed + a single bed, and a home office table. We provide bed and bath linens for all guests.
An eco-friendly fireplace, with all the charm and safety for you and your family to enjoy the atmosphere that only Campos do Jordão can provide.
We offer 2 covered parking spaces for vehicles.

Important:
The amounts change according to the number of people, always respecting a maximum of 9 people (whether adult, child, or baby). In the case of an infant (from 0 years old), they must be added on Airbnb as a child from 2 to 12 years old, as they are included in the accommodation count. These are internal rules and must be respected regardless of age. This is necessary for housekeeping to correctly organize the bedding package, including towels and blankets, for all guests — including the baby/child.
Charges for the restaurant, leisure activities, and others must be settled directly at the reception during checkout.
Linen change, only for stays longer than 7 nights. If you wish to request a linen change for a stay of less than 7 nights, the service is charged separately. Please inquire.

After booking, the guest must contact the owner by phone and provide the details of all people who will be traveling (full name, CPF and cell phone number). For the vehicle, you must provide the license plate number, color, and model, and an authorization will be issued, which must be signed and presented at the condominium.
Only the person responsible for the reservation must provide a physical or digital ID.

🚭 Smoking is not allowed in this facility. Law No. 13,541 / The fines under the anti-smoking law are R$792.50 and R$1,585.

Guest access
The guest can enjoy all the facilities of the condominium, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas, multi-sport courts, fitness center.
Sports equipment is available at the reception and must be returned at the reception at the end of use. In case of loss or damage to the object, the corresponding amount will be due and will be charged at checkout.
Other things to note
🧺 Complete Set (Bed and Bath)
Please be advised that the provision of the complete set of linens and towels costs R$200.00, which covers only the laundry, cleaning, and tidying service.
⚠️ Important: We do not rent out units without furnishings, as the unit is always handed over complete, prepared, and ready for occupancy, in accordance with our standards of comfort, organization, and cleanliness.
Because it is a third-party laundry/housekeeping service, payment is made separately from the reservation.

🚫 House policy
We do not rent the unit without furnishings, as all preparations are made in advance by the housekeeping team, ensuring an organized, welcoming environment that is ready to welcome guests.
⚠️ In the event of damage, permanent stains, or loss of any item from the trousseau, the corresponding replacement cost will be charged.
We always prioritize the quality, maintenance, and cleanliness of all bedding, ensuring greater comfort and well-being during your stay.
Bed and bath linens are provided to all guests while booking. Towels for use in the pool, saunas and Ofurô must be requested at the reception and paid separately. (R$10.00 each).
