The space
Our Dúplex has a beautiful large living room with balcony, ecological fireplace, Smart TV, integrated kitchen with minibar, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker, sandwich maker, stove, water purifier, cold floors, everyday dishes and a dining table.
On the first floor, we have the living room, kitchen, 1 full bathroom with hairdryer, 1 double bedroom with King bed, Smart TV, closets, curtain with blackout and with a large balcony interconnecting the bedroom with the living room, with a beautiful view. On the second floor, we have 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom with Smart TV, closets, curtain with blackout, and another bedroom with two single beds, Smart Tv, curtain with blackout, both with large interconnected balcony.
In addition to having a second living room to relax with a bicama + a single bed, and a home office table. We offer bed and bath linens for all guests.

Important:
The values change according to the number of people, always respecting up to 9 people (whether adult, child or baby). In the case of a baby (from 0 years old), it must be added on Airbnb as a child from 2 to 12 years, as it enters the listing count. Are internal rules and must be respected regardless of age. This is necessary for governance to properly organize the linen, including towels and blankets for all guests — including for the baby/child.
Débitos generated with restaurant, leisure and others must be agreed directly at the reception during checkout.

After booking, the guest must contact the landlord via phone and provide the details of all the people who will be traveling (full name, CPF and mobile phone. From the vehicle, you must inform the license plate, color and model, where an authorization will be made and it must be signed and presented at the condominium.
Only the person responsible for the reservation must present a physical or digital identity card.

Smoking 🚭 is prohibited in this location. Law No. 13.541 / The fines of the law are R$792.50 and R$1,585.

Guest access
The guest can enjoy all the facilities of the condominium, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas, multi-sport courts, fitness center.
Sports equipment is available at the reception and must be returned at the reception at the end of use. In case of loss or damage to the object, the corresponding amount will be due and will be charged at checkout.
Other things to note
Bed and bath linens are provided to all guests while booking. Towels for use in the pool, saunas and Ofurô must be requested at the reception and paid separately. (R$10.00 each).
🅰️🚫It is expressly forbidden to carry an iron of clothing - as we have already had cases of guests burning furniture and fabrics with the iron. *subject to a fine. We have a Steam Passenger at Duplex.
