My place is less than 100m from the beach. The sea view is exceptional from the spacious terrace facing south and equipped with a large electric blind. You will appreciate my accommodation for its ideal location very close to shops and restaurants in the city center and yet quiet. A room upstairs can accommodate 3 people . A click in the living room allows 2 extra beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There are 2 sun loungers .

The space
The apartment is on the 4th and last floor of the building. There is an elevator and shared bike parking available . Access to the upper floor (the bedroom) is by a narrow and steep staircase and there is a safety barrier at the top of this staircase. The sleeping area upstairs is divided into 2 parts so the beds of 1 and 2 people are not side by side. There are 2 windows and a storage space in the hanging area. the new and cheerful shower room as well as the hut atmosphere decor will certainly delight you. there is complete equipment to cook and maintain the accommodation .
clothes and cleaning are not included . Cleaning option 50€, linen rental 8€/person including sheets and towels

I provide sheets and towels for €8 per person (to be paid upon arrival) as well as tea towels. The accommodation must be made perfectly clean.
Cleaning can be done by you or you can take the "cleaning" option for 50€. In order to cover the insufficient cleaning costs I ask for a check of 50€ on your arrival ( which will be returned if cleaning is done)
the mattresses are protected by fleece covers, the pillows by covers. there is a bolster and 4 pillows. There are duvets and blankets . The dimensions of the beds are standard (140 wide for a double bed and 90 for a single bed).
For free I can put at your disposal a high chair and an umbrella bed.
