MAIN FLOOR-
LIVING SPACE:
Upon entering this inviting home, enjoy the soft natural light and breezy open plan main living space, kitchen, and dining area as you cook up a storm before relaxing in the living room for game night or watching your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. This house was designed to ensure maximum comfort and be as aesthetically pleasing as possible so that you can play at the beach and then have an equally fantastic time at the house.
KITCHEN/DINING:
Gourmet eat-in kitchen, sweeping quartz countertops, plenty of storage (walk-in pantry), and premium stainless-steel appliances. Equipped with almost everything you'd need for basic cooking and dining. Breakfast bar with bar stools for appetizers, games, or even an ice cream sundae bar for the kiddos. A large eight-person plus comfortable and practical dining table is the place where life happens, and meals are enjoyed.
GARAGE:
Off the living area is direct access to the garage which houses a variety of electric bikes, bikes, a beach kayak, and all the beach gear (chairs, towels, wagon, cooler, and more!) you could dream of. Get ready to pack a picnic and head out to the sand for fun-filled memories. All beach inventory and gear regularly changes and it is not guaranteed to be available during your stay. DRIVEWAY:
Parking for 2 spots on the driveway with additional street parking available.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry room located on the main floor near the living space is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, sink, baskets, iron, and ironing board. Available for your use throughout your stay. Cleaning, laundry, and sanitizing supplies & equipment are also available to help you tidy up. Conveniently located next to a side door from the back patio so you can drop those sandy, dirty clothes right into the sink for rinsing and then washing.
MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM:
Down the hall from the main living area and on the main floor, you'll find one bedroom with sliding doors that lead to a private back courtyard, one full bathroom, and a laundry room.
BACK PATIO:
In the hallway before the bedroom, you'll also find another door with access to the outdoor private courtyard where a barbecue and picnic table await a gathering with family and friends.
UPPER FLOOR-
DEN/LANDING:
Up the wide staircase off the main living area, the cozy upper landing den is the perfect comfortable space to read to the kids, play board games, relax, or watch a favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV.
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
Off the den is the primary bedroom which features a large King bed, nightstand, dresser, gorgeous en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and large walk-in closet, and a private balcony to allow the fresh ocean breeze to flow through the home. Enjoy the balcony with a morning coffee or a quiet drink in the evening. This is an incredibly inviting space to relax and unwind.
UPPER FLOOR BEDROOM TWO:
To the right of the staircase and down the hall sits a bright bedroom with a King bed, nightstand, dresser, and large closet.
THE "KID" ROOM:
Across from the stairs is a perfect room for the kiddos with two single/twin beds, a dresser, and a large closet.
ADDITIONAL FULL BATHROOM:
Located in the hallway between the 2nd bedroom and kid room is a beautiful full bath offering easy access to both bedrooms and den.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The house is equipped with wifi and air conditioning.

We provide a generous starter supply of basic items and guests are responsible for supplies once those run out. Supplies include but are not limited to: laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner.
