The space
Three spacious primary bedrooms make this coastal retreat truly unique, with a fourth full bath on the main floor for added convenience. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for gathering. Sliders from each bedroom and the great room open to a full wraparound deck with peekaboo ocean views and stunning Coast Range scenery. Whether you're sipping coffee or stargazing at night, the deck is your front-row seat to the beauty of Rockaway Beach.

Guests will have easy access to the full house via push button keypad with the exception of the locked owners closet and the garages.

Other things to note
In 2024 we upgraded the slipping accommodations to king sized beds. Plus we have two queen sized sleeper sofas.
The kitchen is well stocked with appliance and utensil list available. We have many small appliances including: blender, toaster, microwave, large crock pot, griddle, coffee pot, coffee grinder, rice maker/steamer.
WiFi is available, as well as internet TV.
The home is also well stocked with almost any board game you can image.

Neighborhood highlights

We are within 2 easy/short blocks of the beach, near to the forest, and have beautiful views of the coast range. Plus it is so quiet! There is local access to fishing and crabbing, hiking near by and delicious cheese and ice cream at the Tillamook Cheese Factory - only 30 minutes away.
We are at the north end of 7 miles of beautiful beach, next to the north jetty at the mouth of the Nahalem Bay.

We are Rex and Tina. We have 3 little boys who keep us young and busy. Rex is a Realtor and Tina is a Sign Language Interpreter. We are also Super Hosts for our beach house in Rockaway Beach, Oregon and own a few rentals in Portland as well. We love family time and to get away to explore new places with the boys. Being that we are also hosts, we are very conscious of how we are as guests.
