Welcome to this single floor (no stairs) with a large open-concept kitchen, dinning and living room.
This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house includes a large back porch with various sitting spaces and an outdoor dinning room leading to the private pool and jacuzzi.

Only 20 mins from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR).

Guest access
This house has an attached one car garage with additional parking on the driveway and in the front of the house. This is a family community oriented to the relaxation and enjoyment of nature. (Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am). This gated community offers walking trails and play grounds.

Maximum number of guests is 8, exceptions could be made upon request.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Additionally no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed.
